As if you would take a FMLA day the Thursday before the Labor Day weekend in returning on Tuesday you will then be charged with 3 FMLA days. Now we have some of our members being caught in the eleventh hour with this new ruling and not having their FMLA days left. COME ON elected Officials when is the membership going to be advised about these very important changes in our everyday living?
