The PPA rate will be posted on the Retirement Center website today. It will be a day or two until the new rate will be incorporated into the Pension Calculator. At that point you will be able to see the change in your lump value beginning January 1st 2021. The rate has dropped. That means the Lump value will go up in 2021.
 
This rate does not affect the Annuity value.
