Hugh Carcella Scholarship Applications are now available in the Union Office.

The scholarships are available to members of USW District 10 ( Eastern ) Scholarship Program and their children.

All applications must be returned to the Union Office or Recording Secretary Pamela Russell no later than noon Thursday,  March 9, 2023 for processing.
