On Monday, March 19th, USW Local 10-00086 Next Generation Chair Carol Petermann and Co-Chair Emelia Sohn presented a check for $2,120 to the Montgomery County Sheriff K9 Unit. The money was raised by the support of the local members at the Next Generation Committee’s Snow tubing event, held March 3rd. The money will be used to help get the K9 team safe and reliable vehicles, of which they are in great need.
